We just wanted to share a few useful links with you about Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19). These links share information relevant for patients.

Repeat Prescriptions

Repeat medication cannot be ordered over the telephone.

To order your repeat medication use the right hand side of your prescription and tick the medication you require. This then has to be handed in to reception or, if we are closed or the desk is busy, can be posted through the front door.

Requests can also be made online via the link at the top of this page; please ask reception for details.

Your local pharmacy will also offer a service where they can order your repeat medication for you. Please make enquires about this service with your local pharmacy.

Medication that you may require which is not included within your repeat medication can only be ordered directly with the surgery. This procedure is not to make ordering your medication difficult it is in place to ensure the correct patient receives the correct medication in the correct dose.

Medication Reviews

Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip. Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.

Please allow two full working days for prescriptions to be processed and remember to take weekends and bank holidays into account.
