Due to risk of Coronavirus infection. Following local and national guidance we are no longer able to book routine appointments. If you have a routine appointment booked with a GP, this will now be a TELEPHONE CONSULTATION. Please DO NOT come to the Practice unless you are asked to do so by a Doctor. Routine and emergency telephone appointments are available everyday but not pre bookable

We just wanted to share a few useful links with you about Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19). These links share information relevant for patients.

New Patient Registration

Patients can apply to join the list of any practice and have a choice to specify a preferred GP. An application will only be refused if there are fair and reasonable grounds to do so. If your application is not successful you will be notified of the reason why within 14 days. Details of how to register with the practice are available from reception.

Guide to GP Services

The Royal College of General Practitioners has produced a useful guide for patients about the services on offer at GP Surgeries and how to access them.  You can download the guide below.

Defined Patient Registration Area

We have a defined area so that we can take into consideration the needs of patients (ease of travelling, distance etc) and the ability of the Practice to deliver satisfactory services (level patient numbers, distance to undertake home visits).

We regret we cannot accept requests to become a patient for someone who domiciles outside of that area.  It also means that regretfully, we are unable to keep existing patients who move outside the defines area on our list.

Please click on the link below to check if you live within the practice's catchment area:
